Privacy Policy

Hunter Hollow Goods is a small, home-based shop in Mississauga, Ontario. We collect as little about you as we can, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, shipping address and the details of your order. We need these to ship to you and to answer questions about your order.
• When you join the Stitch List: your email address, so we can let you know about new drops.
• When you email us: whatever you choose to include in your message.

Payments

Checkout is handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never pass through or get stored on our site. Stripe shares your name, email and shipping address with us so we can send your order.

Where it's kept

Order details are kept in our Stripe account. Stitch List addresses are stored with Amazon Web Services, which also hosts this website. These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn't track you across other websites. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies to process payments securely and prevent fraud.

Emails

We'll only email you about your order or, if you signed up for them, about new drops. Every Stitch List email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to take you off.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@hunterhollowgoods.com and we'll take care of it. We keep order records for as long as Canadian tax law requires.
